APG Treatment Process

Step 1

Gas Collection & Pre-treatment

Raw associated petroleum gas is collected from wellheads and undergoes initial separation to remove liquids, solids, and contaminants before entering the main processing unit.

Step 2

Compression & Cooling

Pre-treated gas is compressed to 2.0 MPa and cooled to -50°C, creating conditions for efficient gas-liquid separation and NGL condensation.

Step 3

NGL Separation & Recovery

Advanced separation technology extracts C3+ natural gas liquids with 87%+ recovery efficiency, producing commercial-grade NGL products including propane, butane, and condensate.

Step 4

Clean Gas Output
